Moab Adventure Couple Photos
When you decide to enter a canyon, you make a commitment to the team you are taking on this adventure with. That why the canyons in the surrounding area sets the perfect scene for Moab adventure couple photos. You can admit and share your fears during the journey, but the fear cannot take hold of you. You work together as a team, you encourage each other when needed. At times one team member will find the courage to lead a section someone else might need more support. After each canyon, I'm filled with gratitude, for the experience and the bonds I've created with these friends. Seeing views only a lucky few have enjoyed is humbling. Sharing them with people that encourage your adventurous side is fortunate.
Canyons make you face truths your ego protects you from.
The canyons we did on this trip, completely pushed my limits. The first one started by anchoring to the back of the truck and repelling 165ft into the entrance. As you work your way down through tight squeezes, more repels, and sections of stemming, I donated many, many skin cells to those sand paper walls. You find yourself ending in a dried river bed, a reminder of how much water spills through those canyon walls with epic force sometimes with little warning. You have a moment of relief because you made it... then the three mile hike out. After multiple false summits, we finally reached the rim of the canyon, kicked off our shoes, and enjoyed a beer. Exhausted, grateful, excited.
The canyon experience is greatly enhanced for me, having friends that also passionate about photography. Kellon is an amazing adventure photographer, so we team up to help each other bring our visions to life. I could have done created these Moab adventure couple photos with out him and my friend Kelly. Together these two are always enjoying the outdoors and I'm so grateful for our friendship. Friendships forged through nature adventures and campfire conversations, the best kind, in my opinion.
