You can plan every detail of your wedding day down to the second.  I have seen my fair share of exhaustive wedding outlines bursting with so much detail it actually shows the time in which the Bride and Groom share their first kiss as husband and wife.  Thats not necessarily a bad thing .  A good plan is always nice to have and it definitely helps to move things along; but trust me when I say this…

Don’t plan for the perfect wedding.  The wedding only becomes perfect when its viewed from the past.

You want to leave room for those serendipitous mishaps to occur.  Be flexible – allow life to happen.  It makes for a much better story when you look back years later.

When your wedding guests consists of family and friends that are  excited to see you and are excited for you, it doesn’t matter if the conditions outside are perfect.  So when Colorado summer rain visits a backyard wedding in Breckenridge, Colorado, know that this is a good thing.
