It was the perfect day for Sarah and Bobby’s 10-year vow renewal celebration at the Boettcher Mansion on Lookout Mountain under the Colorado blue sky (Colorado blue sky should be an official color don’t you agree). There were flowers bursting in bloom all around and love in the air.
It was a great honor to be asked to shoot this event. You see, Sarah is somewhat of a wonder woman/super hero to me. My life as a photography business owner changed dramatically when I met Sarah and she asked me to join Trulife Studio. She helped bring me out of my shell and see new possibilities to grow my business.
Not only is Sarah courageous and unbelievably hard working; she is also down to earth, caring and kind. She has a way of bringing out the best in those around her – she certainly makes me want to be a better version of myself. I’ve only met Bobby a few times and he seems the still waters run deep kind of guy.
As Bobby used his thumb to gently dab a tear from Sarah’s cheek that escaped her eye while she read her vows. Their love and lifetime commitment was undeniable. They truly display the upmost respect and kindness towards each other. And nowhere is it more evident than in their son Jalen. With his mother’s sparkling eyes and his father’s warm genuine smile. What an adorable, sweet, loving, carefree child. What a beautiful moments during this Boettcher Mansion vow renewal.
Vow renewal celebrations are so very extraordinary
There is an element of sentimentality combined with reality and vows made after 5o years or 10 years or even 5 years have a unique significance. Finding that one special person to share your life with should be celebrated. And there is always the added bonus of being able to wear a wedding dress again!
