The Della Terra is a beautiful venue located just outside of Estes Park, Colorado – near the base of Rocky Mountain National Park.  It has some of the most beautiful natural scenery to be had in Colorado.  Adam and I have had the privilege to photograph there on several occasions and we have seen every season possible – each one a delight in its own way.  Roya and Clayton’s summer wedding at the Della Terra was no exception and is our featured wedding for this week’s post.

The subtle use of green with its various shades were mixed with several tones of grey to make for the most exquisite color pallet.  Green is a color that most wedding couples will try to avoid in their wedding.  As you can see in the photos however, the use of this color was very well executed  as it makes its way into the decor to add a classic and elegant touch to the wedding.

Bravo!

Hopefully this will give some courage to brides out there that want to use a touch of green on their special day.  Dare to be bold…
